Tiny spidur

I made a friend~<3 Found this little thing on my balcony, i kinda hope it would stay and made some webs around to keep the other bugs away.
Anyone have any idea what spider is this? I have no idea XD I wonder if it even makes webs, maybe it's like jumpin' spider or runner or something else o.o
Anyway, i like spiders as long as they're not too big ^^' this one was about 2cm from one tip of leg to another, it was pretty tiny, but i saw even smaller spider today, too bad it was so freaked out when i brought it outside(it was inside.) that i couldnt take a picture of it, just didnt want to stay still and ran off. ^^'
